Returns & Exchange Policy
At FindMyBuddy (FMB), we are committed to delivering premium tracking products including FMB Tags and FMB Smart Insoles. Each product undergoes quality checks before dispatch to ensure proper functionality.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
• Returns & Refunds
Due to the electronic and security-sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Accidental orders
• Incorrect product selection
• Compatibility misunderstandings (customers are advised to review product specifications before purchase)
• Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality
All sales are considered final unless the product is received in a defective condition.
• Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or manufacturing-defective product, we will gladly provide a replacement, subject to verification.
To be eligible for a replacement:
• The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video (from sealed package opening) is mandatory.
• Clear images/videos showing the defect must be shared.
• Order ID must be provided.
Once verified by our quality team, a replacement unit will be dispatched.
Please note:
• Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible.
• Replacement requests beyond 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

• Non-Eligible Cases for Exchange
Replacement will not be approved in cases of:
• Physical damage after delivery
• Water/liquid damage (unless explicitly stated waterproof)
• Improper installation or forced usage
• Battery depletion due to normal usage
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
FindMyBuddy reserves the right to deny replacement if the product is found misused.
• Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
As our processing begins immediately to ensure fast dispatch, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
We request customers to review their order carefully before confirming the purchase.
